Perform recruitment activities in responding to employment requests for IDL
Sources, recruits, screens, interviews and recommends external and/or internal candidates for all level jobs.
May utilize the services of employment agencies in scarce positions.
Places employment ads in appropriate sources, including the Internet and print media
Responsible for completion of employment documentations (collecting required personal documentations and passing to C&B, issuing offer letters, arranging first days for new hires)
Participate into HR programs to build company brand name to labor market (internship, plant tour for students, talks in colleges and technical schools, and job fairs, etc.)
Ensures the accurate and update records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process (recruitment delivery time)

Job Requirement
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree, major in human resources or relevant.
2. Knowledge of computer servicing: Good at word, excel, email, ppt, etc.
3. Knowledge of foreign languages: Be able to communicate English.
4. Other (e.g. competences): Good communication and cooperation, Eager for learning and creative applying, Smart and sensitive, Work disciplines
5. Professional experience: at least 2-years experience in recruitment, prefer in production working environment.
