Tally Staff/ Nhân viên giao nhận kiểm đếm

Job Description

- Work at gate booth/ jetty booth/ weighing bridge/ issue the weighing tickets, checking shipping documents, update system, go on board to sign the documents with ship crew, update the customs get in/ get out for shipment handling at port, cleaning tasks and other tasks assigned by team leader.

- Làm việc tại chốt cổng/ chốt cầu cảng/ cầu cân/ phát phiếu cân, kiểm tra chứng từ vận chuyển, cập nhật hệ thống, lên tàu ký chứng từ với thuyền viên, cập nhật thủ tục hải quan vào/ra để xử lý hàng hóa tại cảng, công việc vệ sinh và các công việc khác do trưởng nhóm giao.

​Qualification:

- At least graduated from colleague major in logistics, import-export, maritime/ Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành logistic, xuất nhập khẩu, hàng hải;

- Office software skill, good excel knowledge preferable/ Kỹ năng tin học văn phòng, ưu tiên excel tốt;

- Communicate skill, basic English skill preferable/ Ưu tiên có kỹ năng giao tiếp, tiếng Anh cơ bản;

- Ability and like working with figures, data, systems/ Có khả năng và thích làm việc với số liệu, dữ liệu, hệ thống;

Experience: At least 1 year experience of tally at port, factory operating, import-export/forwarding/logistic/shipping document experience, customs process knowledge and maritime experience will be advantages.

Kinh nghiệm: Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm kiểm đếm tại cảng, nhà máy, kinh nghiệm về chứng từ xuất nhập khẩu/giao nhận/hậu cần/vận chuyển, hiểu biết về quy trình hải quan và kinh nghiệm về hàng hải sẽ là một lợi thế.
