TAX & CUSTOMS ACCOUNTANT

Job Description

MISSION AND ROLE

The Tax & Customs Accountant position plays the critical role tosupport Chief Accountant (CA), Supply Chain team (SCT), and other departments tomanage Authority report (Tax, Customs, Investment, Statistics), company taxposition, and related accounting tasks to ensure the company’s positiveposition in front Authorities, especially Tax & Customs position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support CA to declare VAT(Monthly) & CIT (Yearly).
2. Support CA in quarterly tax refund.
3. Checking imported/exported goodsand do the finalization reports on imported & exported goods.
4. Working closely with SC team toensure the declaration on imported/ exported goods are always correct.
5. In charge of other authorityreports: investment evaluation and statistics reports, as per laws andregulation.
6. All other reasonable duties asrequested by CFO, CA.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR POOL (to be selectedor changed annually upon Companies/group target)

1. Accurately,complyingly reports being submitted on time.
2. On top of updatingand being fluently of Changes/New issuances of tax/customs laws and regulations.
3. Level of assignedtasks completion.
4. Level of Non-deductible expenses.
5. Level ofnon-refundable tax.
6. Level of Tax exposure
   

WORKING RELATIONSHIP

Internal: Accounting, supplychain, Sales & marketing, and other related functions.

External: Internal and externalaudit, Taxation, Customs and other related stakeholders.
