ofi Vietnam is currently the largest exporter of Cashews, Pepper & Instant Coffee in Vietnam, investing in the state-of-the-art instant coffee facility and running 7 large factories with 7,500 employees across Central & South Vietnam. Job overview

ofi Vietnam is seeking a dedicated and experienced Tax Manager to oversee all tax matters related to our Nuts Business operations in Vietnam. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company operates within the tax framework and complies with all regulations and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tax Compliance

  • Oversee and ensure Tax (VAT/ PIT/ Customs etc., ) across all entities and locations of the Nuts Business in Vietnam.
  • Keep abreast of changes in regulations that may impact the company's operations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and national regulations.

2. Licensing and Permits

  • Manage the process of obtaining and renewing licenses, permits, and registrations required for the Nuts Business operations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of all licenses and permits, ensuring they are up-to-date.

3. Contract Management

  • Prepare, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements, including vendor contracts, service agreements, and partnerships.
  • Ensure that contracts align with tax requirements and mitigate potential risks to the company.

5. Government Relations

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with tax government authorities and regulatory bodies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tax matters when dealing with external stakeholders.

6. Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all tax-related documents and correspondence.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on tax activities and developments.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Tax Manager or similar role.
  • Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
