I. JOB DECRIPTIONS
1. Product Strategy & Vision:
Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for internal supply chain applications.
Ensure alignment with organizational goals and operational needs.
2. Internal stakeholder collaboration:
Act as the primary point of contact between business units, engineering, and design teams.
Gather and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders, including supply chain, operations, and finance teams.
Facilitate regular communication to ensure alignment and transparency across all functions.
3. Product Development & Delivery:
Lead the development and deployment of internal applications, focusing on improving efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
Partner with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and design solutions that streamline internal operations.
Work closely with IT and infrastructure teams to ensure system compatibility and data integrity.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of internal applications.
Regularly review and optimize applications based on user feedback and performance data.
Job Requirement
II. REQUIREMENTS
1. Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in developing internal tools or supply chain software.
Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions for internal stakeholders.
2. Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of software development processes, including Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with supply chain systems such as ERP, WMS, TMS, and other internal tools used for operations management.
3. Skills:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address operational challenges.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
4. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Familiarity with data integration and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
Certifications in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Institute certifications).
