We are looking for a highly skilled and knowledgeable Technical Application Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert technical support and application guidance for our pharmaceutical products and solutions. You will work closely with sales, research and development, and customer support teams to ensure the effective application and usage of our products in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Support & Consulting:
Provide in-depth technical support to customers, ensuring they understand how to properly use and apply pharmaceutical products, equipment, or technologies.
Assist customers with product installations, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to pharmaceutical applications.
Deliver training sessions and workshops for customers, demonstrating the use and benefits of products and solutions.
Product Expertise & Development:
Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s product portfolio and stay up-to-date with new developments in the pharmaceutical industry.
Collaborate with the R&D team to provide customer feedback, helping guide product improvements and innovations.
Support the application of new product features and functionalities within pharmaceutical environments.
Customer Engagement:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide technical expertise during client presentations and proposals.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their specific needs and providing customized solutions.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent technical support and follow-up.
Documentation & Reporting:
Develop and maintain technical documentation, application guides, FAQs, and training materials for customers.
Prepare and present detailed reports on product performance, customer feedback, and application best practices.
Assist in preparing tender submissions, including technical specifications and support documents.
Market Insights & Trends:
Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to provide insights for product development and improvement.
Analyze competitor products and solutions to position the company’s products effectively in the market.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Proven experience in technical applications, customer support, or product development within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
Strong technical understanding of pharmaceutical technologies, equipment, or solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to travel as needed to support customer installations, training, or events.
