Job Description

Color review and recipe prescreening for bulk production
Act as a bridge between Color Lab and Dyeing Dept., analyzing statistics, monitoring %RFT, investigating failed batches (dE ≥ 1.5), identifying root causes, implementing preventive actions, and reporting to the manager
Lead continuous improvement projects in Color and Dyeing; follow up post-implementation and address discrepancies between trial and bulk production
Perform daily process technical audits of dyeing operations
Responsible for all Color and Dyeing systems (Datacolor, Sedomaster, Automatic Dispensing System, etc.)

College degree or above, majoring in Chemical Engineering or Textile Engineering
Good Technical Data Statistic and Analysis skills are a MUST
Color review and Recipe prescreening experience is a MUST
Ability to Think, Work, Present, and Talk Sharp to Point
Basic knowledge of Dyeing and Machine technology
Basic Chinese and English is advance
Basic Lean concept is advance.
