Planning to implement Tech-Pack in accordance with WOD
Checking BOM for all level & confirm for production
Monitoring the Tech-pack implementing
Building product construction in a way that guarantees the designing & samples, reduces material and labor cost
Assisting, giving information to production when the products is in line
Giving solutions to potential problems in production
Getting feedback from production and update it into Tech-Pack
Setting up technical standard in accordance with the available facilities of the company
Updating constructive changing as required
Monitoring the controlling of templates used in production
Delivering drawing and setting up construction for sub-contract chairs
Making knife tool drawing and cooperating with Technical Supporting Team in ordering knife
Working with foundry head to updating drawing and to make sure all wood components match corresponding brass components
Cooperating with R&D Manager to adjusting product structure when customer require
Performing some certain works assigned by Managing Director
