Job Description
The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
- Manage operation of Panasonic Authorized Service center (ASC) in Central areas.
- Manage monthly ASC KPIs reports
- Control operation of ASC networks
- To manage product quality feedback from market
- To coordinate with functional departments to conduct service activities
- Other service job assigned by Head of Department
Job Requirement
- English and commuinication skills
- At least 3-4 years of experience in customer service or similar positions
- College/University graduated (technical major)
