Technology Deputy Manager

Job Description

1. Lead and manage subordinate staff to achieve departmental goals.
2. Prepare production lines, equipment, install software, and design processes to support production.
3. Collaborate with other departments to improve and address issues related to quality and functionality.
4. Ensure that processes and equipment meet requirements and standards.
5. Introduce new technologies, equipment, and improvements to enhance production efficiency.
6. Manage and control departmental costs.
7. Train and develop the professional skills of subordinate staff.
8. Act as the liaison with equipment suppliers.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Good communication skills in a foreign language (English Toeic 650, Japanese N3).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage a team.
• Knowledge of ISO, QMS, and EMS standards.
• Skills in presentation, report writing, and communication.
• Capability to develop both long-term and short-term plans.
