- Lập báo cáo thuyết trình và rà soát hồ sơ trình duyệt.
Prepare presentation reports and review browser documents
- Sắp xếp và lưu trữ các tài liệu liên quan đến phòng ban
Organize and store documents related to department.
- Tiếp nhận, phân loại, sắp xếp, xử lý thông tin, văn bản, tài liệu từ các phòng ban và tổng hợp trình lên Tổng Giám Đốc /Ban Giám Đốc.
Receive, classify, arrange, process information, documents, and materials from departments and synthesize and submit to the CEO/Board of Directors.
- Liên hệ, trao đổi công việc với các phòng ban khác trong công ty để giải quyết các vấn đề.
Contact and discuss work with other departments in the company to solve problems.
- Làm báo cáo hàng tuần/tháng.
Make weekly/monthly report.
- Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Tổng Giám Đốc.

BA in Language or Business Industry.
- Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm.

- Tiếng Anh thành thạo;
Proficiency in English.
- Có kỹ năng soạn thảo văn bản, báo cáo thuyết trình, lập báo cáo tốt.
Good document editing, presentation and report skills.
- Tính tình: Cẩn thận, nhanh nhẹn…

- Sử dụng thành thạo tin học văn phòng.
Command with Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, Power point.
- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập, khoa học, cẩn thận chu đáo.
