Assist the Deputy GM in schedule arrangement, follow her schedule (meeting, business trips, etc.,).
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties: Contact and work directly with agents or partners under the direction or authorization of the Deputy GM
Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
Plan and coordinate travel for the Deputy GM, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Transfer decisions of the Deputy GM to relevant departments and audit, collect feedback if have.
Assist in the execution of special projects, events, or initiatives as assigned by the Deputy GM.

University/College graduation
Good command of spoken & written Chinese
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Proven experience as secretary, personal assistant, or administration for an executive / manager/ director.
Good planning and time management skills.
Experience working in Logistics is a big plus.
