Job Title: Import/Export Intern

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Import/Export Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for final year students to gain hands-on experience in international trade. The intern will assist in managing import/export shipments, conducting market research, and supporting the department with various tasks assigned by the managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow Import/Export Shipments:
Assist in the preparation and management of shipment documents.
Coordinate with logistics providers and customs officials to ensure smooth transit of goods.
Track and report the status of shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Market Research:
Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities in the import/export sector.
Compile and analyze data to support strategic decision-making.
Support Tasks:
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Import/Export Manager.
Assist with administrative duties and department projects
Benefits:
Base allowance of 3,000,000 VND per month.
Performance-based bonus.

Job Requirement
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a major in Foreign Trade, International Business, or a related field.
Strong interest in international trade and logistics.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
