Job Description

Tiếp nhận các cuộc gọi đến và hỗ trợ người gọi trong việc xác định nhu cầu, có thể cung cấp hỗ trợ trực tiếp hoặc thông qua tin nhắn hoặc điện thoại trực tiếp đến phòng ban liên quan/Answering and assisting callers in identifying needs, may provide direct assistance, or messages and direct calls to the appropriate party.
Hoàn tất thông tin đăng ký ban đầu của khách hàng theo quy trình và chính sách được ban hành/ Completes initial registration information of new patients following established policies and procedures.
Cập nhật mọi thay đổi liên quan đến thông tin bệnh nhân vào cơ sở dữ liệu máy tính/ Updates any changes in patient information in a computer database.
Nhắc nhở thủ công các cuộc hẹn cho bệnh nhân khi hệ thống nhắc nhở cuộc gọi tự động không thể thực hiện hoặc theo yêu cầu/Manually reminds patients of appointments when the automatic call reminder system is unable to do so or as required.
Cung cấp thông tin thu được từ nhiều nguồn khác nhau cho các câu hỏi thực tế của người gọi đến liên quan đến các phòng ban, giờ hoạt động, chuyên khoa hoặc dịch vụ khám tư vấn hiện có tại bệnh viện/ Provides information obtained from a variety of sources to field questions from the incoming call regarding departments, operational hours, specialties, or any exist hospital services.
Phụ trách nội dung đặt hẹn trên trang web aih.com.vn để đảm bảo tất cả các yêu cầu đặt hẹn thăm khám điều trị của khách hàng được tiếp nhận sắp lịch và xác nhận lịch hẹn trong vòng 01 ngày làm việc/ Being in-charge of the AIH website: aih.com.vn to ensure all inquiries for medical consult or treatment of clients are scheduled, and appointment confirmation within 01 working day.
Báo cáo các sự cố liên quan đến hệ thống điều khiển Tổng đài cho người giám sát/ Reports PBX console_computer problems to supervisor.
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác có thể được cấp quản lý trực tiếp chỉ định khi cần thiết để đảm bảo duy trì hoạt động của bộ phận nói riêng và bệnh viện nói chung/ Perform other duties may be assigned by direct superior as necessary to ensure the continuity of service of the department in particular, and the hospital in general.

Job Requirement

Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành ngoại ngữ, QTKD hoặc tương đương /Bachelor degree in foreign languages, business administration or equivale
Có ít nhất hai (02) năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tổng đài/ At least two (02) years of experience in a call center position.
Yêu cầu kỹ năng dịch vụ khách hàng tốt. Giọng nói truyền cảm và thu hút/Good in customer service skills. Inspiring and attractive voice is a requirement.
Kỹ năng tư duy và xử lý tình huống tốt/Good thinking and situation handling skills.
Suy nghĩ nhanh và giao tiếp bằng lời nói với nhiều người gọi; xử lý một lượng lớn cuộc gọi/ Think quickly and communicate orally with a variety of callers; handle a high volume of calls.
Hiểu rõ và tư vấn tất cả các gói dịch vụ của AIH/ Understand and advise on all AIH packages.
Khả năng sắp xếp và tổ chức công việc vì cần kiểm soát số cuộc gọi đến cùng thời điểm/ Ability to arrange and organize work because it is necessary to control the number of incoming calls at the same time.
Chịu được cường độ công việc cao/Withstand high work intensity
Sử dụng thành thạo phần mềm vi tính văn phòng, kỷ năng nhập liệu chính xác/ Knowledge and proficiency in office software applying, accurate data entry skills.
Tiếng Anh nghe, viết, giao tiếp là bắt buộc / Good at listening, writing, communicating in English is a must.
Giao tiếp bằng ngôn ngữ thứ ba: Hàn, Nhật là một lợi thế/ Be ability to communicate in the third language: Korea, Japanese is an advantage.
