Job Description

  • Execute payroll and personal income tax (PIT) processes for all business units in accordance with internal policies and local regulations.
  • Administer employee benefit programs including annual health check-ups and flexible benefits, ensuring smooth execution and compliance.
  • Manage social insurance procedures in alignment with government regulations and company standards.
  • This contributes to the development and implementation of digital solutions aimed at optimizing HR operational processes.
  • Prepare and maintain E-Labor contracts in compliance with statutory requirements and internal documentation standards.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to compensation, healthcare insurance, and HR systems, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes for all business units, covering system data entry, documentation handling, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Experience 2–3 years in payroll, C&B, or HR operations
  • Basic knowledge of payroll processes, PIT, and social insurance
  • Familiarity with Cadena system and Workday is a plus
  • Attention to detail - Good organizational and time management sk
