Execute payroll and personal income tax (PIT) processes for all business units in accordance with internal policies and local regulations.
Administer employee benefit programs including annual health check-ups and flexible benefits, ensuring smooth execution and compliance.
Manage social insurance procedures in alignment with government regulations and company standards.
This contributes to the development and implementation of digital solutions aimed at optimizing HR operational processes.
Prepare and maintain E-Labor contracts in compliance with statutory requirements and internal documentation standards.
Handle employee inquiries related to compensation, healthcare insurance, and HR systems, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes for all business units, covering system data entry, documentation handling, and cross-functional collaboration.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Experience 2–3 years in payroll, C&B, or HR operations
Basic knowledge of payroll processes, PIT, and social insurance
Familiarity with Cadena system and Workday is a plus
