Trade Marketing Officer

Job Description

• Ensure the execution of trade marketing activities to maximize revenue and strengthen
• brand presence at the point of sale.
• Facilitate effective coordination between the marketing and sales teams to achieve business objectives.

Trade Marketing Planning:

• Develop and implement trade marketing strategies and campaigns for beverage products at retail and distribution points.
• Create detailed budgets for trade marketing activities and ensure cost efficiency and alignment with objectives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing programs and propose enhancements for future campaigns.

Collaboration with Sales Teams:

• Work closely with sales teams to execute strategies and promotional programs that drive sales growth.
• Analyze sales performance data and market feedback to optimize trade marketing initiatives.

POSM and Product Display Management:

• Design and manage Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Ensure product displays comply with brand standards and effectively capture shopper attention.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

• Collect and analyze market insights, shopper behavior, and competitor activities.
• Use data-driven insights to support the development of effective trade marketing strategies.

Event Support and Activation:

• Plan and participate in retail events, in-store promotions, and brand activation
• programs to boost product awareness.
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure successful event execution.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Analytical skills for data interpretation and performance evaluation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Creativity and problem-solving skills in designing impactful trade marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•  Familiarity with basic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) is an advantage.
