The Trade Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the deployment and tracking of trade activities execution, education and detailing activities. This role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of trade marketing initiatives and tracking their effectiveness to drive business growth.
Assist in the trade activities execution, development and implementation of educational programs and detailing activities for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key stakeholders.
Coordinate logistics and materials for educational sessions, workshops, and other detailing events.
Support the execution of trade marketing initiatives related to education and detailing.
Ensure all activities are aligned with the overall trade marketing strategy and company objectives.
Monitor and track the effectiveness of educational and detailing activities, including participant feedback and engagement levels.
Prepare and maintain reports on the performance of education and detailing programs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Work closely with the Trade Marketing team, Sales, Medical, and other relevant departments to ensure the smooth deployment of programs.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed for program execution.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of educational materials, promotional items, and other trade marketing collateral, trade execution.
Manage inventory and ensure timely replenishment of materials as required.
Provide administrative support for planning and executing trade marketing activities.
Assist in managing budgets, scheduling, and other logistical aspects of trade marketing programs.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by line manager.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in trade marketing or a related role within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
Fluent in English.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to track and analyze program effectiveness.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proactive and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
