Collect market and competitive data to conduct relevant strategic assessments based on the company's development strategy.
Work with suppliers, the sales team, and other departments to create and execute sales promotions, marketing programs, and other efforts that will best reach customers.
Represent the company while dealing with partners on issues such as contracts, trade terms, sales strategy, inventory management, etc.
Manage and optimize product category expenses.
Closely monitor inventory and apply solutions to reduce hazards associated with near-expired products.
Manage and balance orders at center distributions.
Generate reports and analyze the efficacy of sales campaigns while using marketing methods.
Advise the board of directors on trade marketing initiatives to improve sales team effectiveness
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economy,... or a related field.
Minimum 02 year + of experience in Trade Marketing position or a related field, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
Good at English is advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Good communication and negotiation skills, the ability to build relationships with internal and external teams.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,…) and marketing tools.
Flexible, proactive, patient, energetic and able to multitask
