The SIKA-GO-FUTURE TRAINEE 2026 isn't your typical entry-level job. It's a 15-month, fast-paced journey into the construction chemical industry where you'll get hands-on experience and see your ideas become reality. You'll help shape the future of construction, not just observe it.
Candidates will be expected to start the full-time job in early APRIL 2026.
The recruitment process will follow this timeline:
+ September - December 2025: Applications Open
+ January - March 2026: Interviews and Selection Phase (Includes Personal Interviews, Online Assessments, and Group Discussions)

Job Description
1) The SIKA WAY - In the first two months (April - May 2026), trainees are immersed in Sika's culture, values, and business operations, with a strong focus on understanding the company's unique approach. The training program begins with a comprehensive first-day onboarding and continues with cross-functional orientations to help them see how different teams collaborate. Trainees will build foundational product knowledge, starting with concrete, through a series of e-learning courses and active participation in team meetings. The two-month period concludes with a probation report where trainees reflect on their progress and demonstrate their understanding.
2) SIKA IN ACTIONS - Over the course of 12 months (June 2026 - May 2027), trainees will put their theoretical knowledge into practice by engaging in real-world tasks and witnessing the direct impact of Sika's products, services, and processes. This period involves a variety of hands-on experiences, including field visits and customer interactions, which provide crucial exposure. Trainees will also complete structured department rotations through key areas like Sales, Technical Service and Finance to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business. This immersive approach, which includes practical training and on-the-job learning, focuses on real work performance to ensure they are well-prepared for their future roles.
3) SIKA GO FUTURE - In the final month of the program (June 2027), an assessment will be conducted to evaluate the trainees' overall development and determine their official positions within Sika Vietnam.

Qualifications
Sika is seeking motivated recent graduates to join our team. We're looking for individuals who are ready to make a significant impact and build a long-term career with us in the construction chemicals industry.
We are looking for candidates who:
+ Recently graduated individuals (2025 or early 2026) with a Bachelor's degree and a GPA of 7/10 in one of the following fields:
* Sales & Technical position: Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Architecture, Chemical Engineering
* Finance position: Accounting, Finance
+ Have a strong desire to learn and collaborate with others
+ Are confident, positive, and driven to succeed
+ Adapt well to diverse environments and take initiative
+ Are proficient in both English and Vietnamese, with the ability to present complex information clearly
+ Are comfortable using digital tools and have strong skills in the Microsoft Office
