Job Description
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization (BOD, HOD, Manager, Leader, Employee).
- Develop and implement comprehensive annual training plans (internal & external) based on those needs.
- Design and build engaging training programs that comply with company regulations and client requirements.
- Facilitate training sessions ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Update training materials regularly to reflect industry best practices and company changes.
- Implement innovative training methods to boost training efficiency and knowledge application.
- Organize knowledge-sharing sessions to foster learning and collaboration.
- Evaluate training effectiveness against established objectives and propose improvement plans.
- Prepare comprehensive training reports that track program success and identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirement
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and delivering internal training programs.
· Proven experience and knowledge of the garment manufacturing industry (a plus).
· Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Chinese fluency is a plus).
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to develop engaging and interactive training content.
· Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
