Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Training Officer with 5-7 years of experience, particularly in multinational corporations (MNCs) within the tech, IT, or software industries. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills and a strong background in developing and implementing effective training programs.
Role & Responsibility:
Training Program Development: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to meet the needs of various departments and employee skill levels.
Needs Assessment: Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for employee development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Delivery of Training: Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques to enhance learning experiences.
Evaluation and Feedback: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and evaluations, making necessary adjustments to improve future sessions.
Collaboration: Work closely with department managers to understand training requirements and support the development of their teams.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training programs, attendance, and employee progress, providing reports to management as needed.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure training programs are innovative and relevant.
5-7 years of training experience, preferably in MNCs within the tech, IT, or software sectors.
Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
