Job Description

Manage and oversee the company's cash flow, funds, and financial assets to ensure financial stability and compliance with accounting regulations.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily treasury operations.
• Implementing treasury policies and procedures.
• Managing banking relationships and negotiations.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Any Other Assignments or tasks given by Teamleader, Manager, Director and CFO

Expected Results

• Effective cash and liquidity management.
• Optimized financial risk management.
• Accurate financial reporting and forecasting.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is essential. 
• Trained in Finance and Accounting area or equivalent experience 
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting and controlling role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
• Experience with financial analysis, cash flow management, and risk assessment.
• Familiarity with treasury software and financial regulations.
• Experience leading and developing a treasury team.
• Proven ability to manage complex financial portfolios.
• Strategic project management and implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and manage stakeholder
• Proficiency in financial management and reporting.
• Efficiency mindset: find ways to automate tasks, design templates or propose solutions that can be reproducible and transferable with ease
• Understanding of retail industry-specific financial challenges.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and financial practices.
• Knowledge of global financial markets and instruments.
