Job Description

1. Calendar Management:

  • Manage the CEO's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
  • Prioritize and coordinate conflicting commitments to optimize the CEO's time.

2. Communication Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications addressed to the CEO.
  • Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.

3. Information Management:

  • Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documents for the CEO.
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed for CEO's decision-making and projects.

4. Meeting Coordination:

  • Plan and coordinate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, venue arrangements, and logistics.
  • Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items as directed by the CEO.

5. Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external to the organization.
  • Liaise with executives, board members, clients, and other parties on behalf of the CEO.

6. Project Support:

  • Assist in the execution of special projects and initiatives led by the CEO.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to meet project objectives.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in foreign trade,... Knowledge of investment projects, finance, and securities is an advantage.
  • Proven experience (5 years) as an executive assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
  • Willingness to undertake long-term assignments and frequent travel between countries.
  • No family-related constraints.
  • The ability to drive a car is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information and interactions.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and work independently with minimal supervision.
