Manages daily export & import activities
Control loading plan to work with Sale and shipping lines/ forwarders during booking. Ensure timeliness of booking quantity compared to sales volumes
Manages efficient trucking vendors. Follow with Procurement to source trucking vendors, to ensure delivery plan
Update incoterm, sales contracts and control procedures for preparing documents and records. Ensure documents are provided to customers promptly and accurately
Manages import and export customs clearance activities. Ensure compliance with current legal regulations and effective for businesses
Prepare and control budget for overhead expenses, as well as investments related to import & export activities.
Advise on logistics solutions suitable to the business context. Ensuring safety, efficiency, quality, delivery on time and reasonable cost
Building strategic alliances, creating close links with strategic partners in import and export activities. Ensure smooth import and export activities in all situations
Manage and control import and export costs
Build and update import and export processes appropriate to the context of business

University / College
At Least 5 years in Logistics / Operation Supply Chain for 3PL or FMCG
Warehouse management, inventory management, people management, office, ERP/WMS system
