Job Description

  • Leading and managing engineering department staff on a daily basis.
  • Create plans and procedures for the engineering department to comply with. Manage department KPIs.
  • Propose and monitor budget and roadmap for the project.
  • Train, supervise and develop professional skills and soft skills for the department.
  • Solve complex and advanced technical problems.
  • Establish, manage and implement new product development plans.
  • Continuous improvement according to ISO 9001/14001/13485.
  • Support other departments and other the company factories around the world when required.
  • Implement requests assigned by the Board of Directors.

Job Requirement

  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese (REQUIRED).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar management position.
  • At least graduated in Mechanical Engineering (Preference is given to Polytechnic University).
  • Have experience in designing and manufacturing molds or plastic parts.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Solid works, Creo or Onshape.
  • Proficient in office computer (Word, Email, Excel, Powerpoint...). Knowledge of ERP is an advantage.
  • Ability to work without supervision. Good moral character.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Experience with fiber optic cables is preferred.
