Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers to ensure the successful completion of projects within the specified time, cost, and quality parameters.

• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of engineering projects from concept to completion. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of fiber optic solutions.

• Product Development: Drive the design, development, and optimization of fiber optic products. Ensure products meet all technical specifications and regulatory requirements.

• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures to meet product standards and client expectations. Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure ongoing compliance.

• Innovation & Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Identify opportunities for technological advancements and process optimizations.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and manufacturing teams, to align engineering efforts with business goals. Maintain strong relationships with external partners and suppliers.

• Technical Expertise: Serve as the technical lead for fiber optic technologies. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to apply best practices and innovative solutions.

Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Optical Fiber, or related fields).

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position within the fiber optic industry or related.

• Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills. Proficiency in fiber optic technologies, product development processes, and quality assurance methods.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese. Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
