Provide creative POSM display way to differentiate PB and increase brand awareness.
3. Create Visual Merchandising concept, design & implement Visual Merchandising for New stores and Renovation stores (20%):
Cooperate with related departments such as Interior Design, Merchandise, Operations to prepare Visual Merchandising concept, design, schedule & implementation for the new store opening.
Provide ideas and design new theme, visual display for the new concept store, Pop up shops.
Oversee and implement visual merchandise display for new store or renovation store as plan, make sure the project is completed according to design.
Work closely with Operation team, promptly update Ops' display schedule to coordinate the display and decoration on time.
Guide and promote the process of merchandise display on sale floor to ensure progress.
Direct train and guide Operation team on display skills during the setup process for the Opening.
4. Others (10%):
Follow up and support for contract and payment document with legal, accounting and suppliers.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.
Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or art related subject
Previous retail experience, have experience as a graphic design or visual merchandiser or similar role.
Proficiency in design techniques, tools, and principles. Proficiency in visual software (such as Photoshop, Illustrator)
Have knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices can be a plus.
A strong eye for visual composition.
Must be able to accept critique / feedback
Ability to analyze reports and survey results
Sense of urgency, ability to prioritize and multi-task, good time-management skills.
Need to have the ability to work well with different teams
MS Office proficiency
