Job Description
· To identify and realize visual merchandise opportunities for brands and provide Strategic Direction for stores.
· Reading, understanding Brand Guidelines, training for VM/ Leaders once receive new season campaign updated.
· Develop the visual merchandising function and implement a structure to maintain consistent visual standards in our stores.
· Design, plan and implement events in the store.
· To manage budgets to ensure effective use of finance in areas of fixtures and signage.
· Provide training to store personnel on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
· Control Window Display standards
· Effectively Liaise with Brand principals wherever necessary and deliver their standard display.
· Execution of brands guidelines
· Suppliers’ relationship and managing VM budget
· Interfacing with Merchandising, Operations & Marketing departments
· Needs to be a high effective communicator and written and verbal
Additional tasks may be required following business needs
Job Requirement
· At least 3 years of experience working in fashion retail
· High knowledge of VM, standard, color mood, style.
· Good skill of PP, Excel, Video to report to Principals weekly.
· Work in store with high capacity over 10,000 pcs.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good English and good attitude.
