Handle transactions for customers, including cash deposits/withdrawals, card payments.
Follow the bank procedure to count, reconcile and manage all the fund.
Track, record, report, and store transactional information and special requests.
Work with other customer service officer as a team to complete daily tasks while demonstrating respect and professionalism, being, and supporting management as needed.
Provide a high level of customer service, offering answers and assistance with a smile.
Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
Good interpersonal and communication skills in English, speaking Korean is advantage.
Good sense of numbers and computer skills.
Cash handling experience.
Excellent communication, customer-service, and time-management skills.
Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency, high responsibility in teamwork.
