Responsibilities:
Serve guests professionally, adhering to The Deck standards at all times.
Perform duties as assigned by the department manager.
Work smoothly and efficiently with restaurant and bar teams.
Possess a thorough knowledge of The Deck’s food and beverage menu.
Recommend and explain menu suggestions to guests.
Follow The Deck procedures for Guest Service Experience and service sequence.
Adhere to The Deck standards for setup, cleaning, and after-service.
Attend all scheduled training sessions.
Maintain excellent grooming standards and personal hygiene.
Job Requirement
Excellent English communication skills.
Preferred: Hands-on experience in 4-5 star international hotels/fine dining or luxury restaurants.
