Preparing daily booking data to track delivery volumes and ensure proper communication of plans to 3PL. "- Check, control, and adjust the daily scheduled delivery quantity. - Inform 3PL in case of sudden changes in quantity. - Support in handling issues related to delivery appointments. - Record and report any incidents that occur.
Manages inbound and outbound volume, and works with 3PL to ensure accurate data. "- Check inbound and outbound data, ensure it is accurate, timely, and entered into the system correctly. - Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve system issues (if any) every day. - Collaborate with 3PL and relevant departments to conduct inventory audits twice a year. - Work with stores to address data discrepancies in case of any issues. - Record and report any incidents that occur.
Coordinating between departments and stores to resolve issues. "- Monitor the handling of incident reports by 3PL with the corresponding function. - Provide support and advise reasonable solutions to 3PL/stores to resolve issues. - Resolve problems with wrong deliveries, returns, price wrong, and other related issues at South RDC. - Resolve complaints from suppliers/3PL concerning operational problems. - Record and report any incidents that occur.
Control, review, update, and develop regulations/procedures related to operations. "- Supervise 3PL operations to ensure compliance with processes and accuracy. - Propose improvements in processes to increase work productivity. - Record and report any incidents that occur.
Monitor KPIs with 3PL and control individual/departmental MBOs. "- Monitor and supervise the KPIs set with 3PL. - Propose/advise solutions to achieve KPIs with 3PL. - Create MBO & control
Other duties as assigned - Any other activities or matters related to the department, or ordered from the supervisor and/or company from time to time.
