RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure that the wedding hall construction project is completed on schedule and meets quality standards.
- Plan and ensure that all FOH/BOH areas are completed in a timely manner according to operational requirements.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors; oversee asset procurement and monitor inventory.
- Prepare pre-opening processes and documentation for wedding hall operations, encompassing standard manuals and requisite regulations aligned with on-site functions.
- Develop templates for all documents, including operational supply lists, checklists, pre-opening budgets, etc.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to configure the wedding hall pre-opening, monitoring construction progress to provide regular updates on status.
- Train and educate staff on operational procedures to ensure smooth transition from pre-opening to full operation.
- Assist in establishing a pre-opening business plan for wedding hall.
Job Requirement
KEY REQUIREMENT
- At least 3 years of experience working in a supervisor or higher position within the hospitality industry.
- Experience in a pre-opening role, preferably in managing venue openings or similar projects.
- Fluent in English.
- Good computer skills in using MS Office.
- Financial knowledge of common hospitality and KPIs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
