134276 - Sales Staff - Trading

RGF's client- a Japanese company in the manufacturing industry - is looking for a Senior Human Resources Staff to manage recruitment, labor contracts and attendance, C&B, payroll, social insurance, PIT, and HR compliance.

• Working Location: Sai Gon Ward, HCMC
• Monthly Salary: Negotiable (High Salary)

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support cargo loading activities at ports in Vietnam, including business trips of several days when required.
• Provide customer support and on-site assistance, mainly for Japanese clients.
• Monitor production activities and progress at manufacturing facilities in Vietnam.
• Carry out sales and business development activities for food, agricultural, and forestry-related products, with a focus on the Japanese market.
• Attend internal and external meetings, prepare necessary reports, and coordinate with the Japan-based headquarters.

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in an international trading or related business environment.
• Language: Business-level English.
• Other Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Careful, detail-oriented, responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Good teamwork and coordination skills.

Preferable Skill / Experience

• Japanese language skills are preferred.
• Experience in sales or business development related to food, agricultural, or forestry products is highly advantageous.
