Mô tả Công việc

Daily Accounting Operations

- Record and process accounting entries for revenue, expenses, purchases, and payments in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and company policy.

- Prepare and verify payment documents.

- Track and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable on a regular basis.

- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and cash transactions.

- Process expense claims and employee advances; ensure compliance with internal approval procedures.

Tax & Compliance

- Prepare monthly VAT declarations and other statutory tax filings (PIT, CIT provisional).

- Ensure all accounting documents are valid, compliant, and properly archived.

- Support internal and external audits by preparing required schedules and documentation.

Reporting & Month-End

- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

- Prepare periodic accounting reports and schedules as required by the Finance Manager or Deputy Head.

- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records and filing systems.

General Support

- Coordinate with other departments (Operations, Sales, Procurement) to obtain and verify supporting documents.

- Assist with cost tracking for import-export shipments and raw material purchases as needed.

- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.

- At least 1–2 years of hands-on accounting experience; experience in a trading, manufacturing, or export company is an advantage.

- Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and basic understanding of tax regulations.

- Proficiency in accounting software (MISA, SAP, or equivalent); strong command of Microsoft Excel.

- Good attention to detail and a disciplined, organized approach to work.

- Basic English proficiency for reading financial documents and communicating with overseas-related transactions.
