· Closing Process Management:

Oversee the entire financial closing process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in accordance with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deadlines.

· GAAP Compliance:

Ensure execution and compliance of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and anticipate reporting business needs to adjust GAAP accordingly.

· Process Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and enhance financial closing processes to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline workflows.

· Financial Reporting:

Prepare and review financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.

· Account Reconciliation:

Oversee the reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts, resolving discrepancies and ensuring the integrity of financial data.

· Internal Controls:

Implement and monitor effective internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure the reliability of financial reporting.

Collaborate with other departments, including but not limited to finance, operations, and audit, to gather necessary information and ensure a cohesive and accurate closing process.

· Audit Preparation:

Prepare and coordinate audit schedules and requests, facilitating a smooth external audit process.

Variance Analysis:

· Training and Development:

Provide training to team members and other relevant stakeholders on financial closing processes, GAAP compliance, and best practices.

· ERP:

Be the accounting team Netsuite ERP champion ensuring the system is properly and optimally utilized

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

·        At least 5 years’ experience in auditing, accounting with focusing on the end-to-end closing process.

·        Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems

·        Attention to details

·        Process driven and able to document them clearly and concisely

·        Proficiency in Excel

·        Good communication skills meaning (on point, concise and structured in his/her communication)

·        Prioritize smartness and growth mindset over too long experience
