Develops and manages annual Admission plan included budgets for the college, regularly monitors expenditures; prepares summary assessments and reports;
1. Driving sales and performance;
2. Lead, motivate and manage to admission and business activities of the admission team in Vung Tau and HCMC to achieve admission targets;
3. Collect, evaluate and share data with respect to the performance of individual recruitment initiatives and the overall student recruitment strategy. Collaborate effectively with academic and marketing teams to ensure recruitment initiatives and strategy are relevant.
4. Identify key target markets and program development opportunities based on market and business intelligence, trends and research to ensure recruitment strategies and plans are relevant to the college needs;
5. Develop and maintain sustainable relationships and partnerships with new and existing external stakeholders to help establish strong links with the college for prospective students;
6. Manage and develop the existing network of recruitment agents. This will include agreement and selection of partners and reps, setting and managing performance targets, ongoing monitoring and support and contractual negotiations;
7. Identify, attend and evaluate a range of student recruitment events including Edu fairs, school tours, OH, webinars…;
8. With assistance from the admission team, manage all on-site recruitment events including one-toone Expert interviews, OH, campus tours…;
9. Oversee development and management of CRM campaigns with student prospects and applicants to closely link the CRM with specific program recruitment;
10. Undertake appropriate market research, insights and marketing information such as positioning analysis, competitor analysis (benchmarking), demographic, economic or educational trend reviews to inform strategic planning;
11. Support the Board with the management of budgets, ensuring that resource is appropriately allocated and deployed within agreed levels;
12. In collaboration with the Marketing team, contribute to the development of student recruitment marketing materials (collateral, presentations, online content etc.).
13. Key contributor to the design and implementation of student recruitment policies, procedures and processes
14. Manage the performance of the admission and business team and provide appropriate trainings and support where necessary to deliver high quality service for customers
15. Any other duties commensurate with the nature of the job, as determined by an appropriate manager.
