Affiliate Planning & Forecast 

• Xây dựng kế hoạch affiliate theo tháng / quý theo mục tiêu GMV  
• Forecast doanh thu theo từng source
• Lập kế hoạch push campaign
• Đề xuất và tối ưu SKU priority đã có, incentive scheme, commission structure  
• Đề xuất target theo vendor / creator tier 

Affiliate Operations 

• Triển khai và vận hành các campaign theo kế hoạch đã duyệt  
• Phối hợp với MCN / creator để triển khai review, short video, livestream  
• Quản lý timeline execution và deliverables  
• Hỗ trợ onboarding creator / KOC / KOL / MCN  
• Quản lý link affiliate, tracking code, campaign setup 
• Kiểm soát guideline nội dung và tiến độ publish 

Vendor / Creator Management 

• Là đầu mối làm việc với agency / MCN / creator network  
• Theo dõi hiệu suất vendor theo KPI cam kết  
• Đánh giá chất lượng output:  
• Đề xuất scale / cut vendor theo performance 

Performance Monitoring & Optimization 

Reporting & Business Insight 

• 2–4 năm kinh nghiệm affiliate / social commerce / KOC marketing  
• Có kinh nghiệm planning campaign là lợi thế lớn  
• Hiểu hệ sinh thái TikTok Shop / Shopee Affiliate / MCN
• Data & reporting tốt (Excel / Google Sheet)  
• Có khả năng forecast target  
• Kỹ năng vendor / creator management  
• Có mindset performance & busines.
