As the Agency Manager (A2), you are responsible for achieving the team’s Profits (GP and NP) and Revenue (REV) targets, increasing market share, and completing any assigned tasks. You collaborate with overseas agents, other departments and the parties involved on account management, sales activities, and preparing quotations for RFQs and bids. Your role includes enhancement of customer satisfaction and securing new business as well.
You manage and motivate the team to develop new/existing customers and key accounts. You communicate company goals, safety practices, the deadlines, and assess their performance.
You report to the superior authorities (CEO and/or Line Director) regarding business growth, opportunities, and challenges.

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in logistics or a similar position.
Preferred Background: Experience working for a well-known freight forwarding company is preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree: Foreign Trade or a similar diploma.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of International Freight Forwarding.
Business Acumen: Ability to reach sales targets with a strong business sense.
Experience: Proficient in agency network, freight forwarding
Sales Experience: Experience in both B2B and B2C sales.
Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with the product sector and geographical territory.
Client Management: Ability to manage and grow a client portfolio.
Language Skills: Proficient in English, with good listening and speaking skills.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with common computer softwareapplications.
