Mô tả Công việc
- Perform Spa treatments to guests including all treatments as detailed on the Spa menu in accordance with the Spa standards.
- Strictly follow the roster scheduled by Spa Manager.
- Attend all spa meeting/training scheduled/asked by Spa Manager.
- Read Spa logbook every day.
- Responsible for guest satisfaction and Spa reputation.
- Report to Assistant Spa Manager /Spa Manager when receive any complaint from guest, even the complaint is already solved.
- Responsible for cleanliness and order of Staff room, and all treatment rooms.
- Doing Spa reception and Spa attendant job when scheduled/asked by Assistant Spa Manager.
- Train new staff when scheduled/asked by Assistant Spa Manager /Spa Manager.
- Respect Guest privacy. Talking about guest information, about guest’s body is forbidden.
- Sell treatments and products.
- Communicate all appropriate matters to Assistant Spa Manager /Spa Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- College degree is preferred.
- Good health Experienced with similar positions
