[ALDO] Senior Merchandise Executive

Commercial Planning & Sell-out Management

• Support the development and execution of seasonal and monthly commercial plans across channels and categories.
• Monitor and analyse sell-out performance across channels, regions and product categories.
• Recommend actions to improve sell-through, including product pushes, reallocation, markdowns and tactical promotions.
• Track key performance indicators such as sell-through, margin performance and inventory turnover.
• Work closely with Retail and E-commerce teams to align sell-out strategies and commercial activities.

Assortment, Pricing & Inventory Management

• Support the development of optimal assortments by channel and customer segment.
• Manage the product lifecycle, including product introductions, phase-outs and replenishment coordination.
• Support seasonal pricing structures and promotional plans.
• Contribute to demand forecasting using sell-out data and market insights.
• Monitor stock levels and support allocation and replenishment decisions to balance product availability and sell-through.
• Prepare commercial reviews and provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing or related fields.
• 4–6 years of experience in Fashion Retail Merchandising, with a strong focus on Commercial Planning or Sell-out Management.
• Strong experience in data analysis and commercial decision-making.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or other business intelligence tools are a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of merchandising principles and retail operations.
• Good English reading and writing skills; spoken English is a plus.
