Mô tả Công việc

  • Responsible for thesales set by the company: Year, Quarter, Month and debt per customer.
  • Recruit and manage local sales team.
  • Set up a sellout program for the system of dealers and sub-dealers.
  • Evaluate the market through local sales reports.
  • Plan promotions, images, counters for the customer system.
  • Expand and increase dealer system coverage.
  • Support to answer product questions, warranty, price, company policy.
  • Report sales results by day, week, month.
  • Give specific ideas, solutions and recommendations related to the area incharge.
  • Interact and coordinate with Retail department to offer promotions,conferences, activations, installments, promotions to support sell out.
  • Statistics and monitoring of results and targets of each dealer accordingto the monthly, quarterly and yearly progress.
  • Collect information from competitors, analyze, evaluate.
  • Assist with tasks related tosuperiors.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • 3+ years of experiencein a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in the Electronics/Refrigeration/Home Appliances, or Furnitureindustries is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel for business trips
