A. JOB PURPOSE:
- Area Sales Manager is responsible to develop, lead and drive the sales team achieve business objectives (volume, revenue) and profit for assigned region.
- Working location: Vientiane, Champasak, Savannakhet, Luangbrabang, Bolikhanxay, Khamune, Xiengkhouang, Xayabury.
B. ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Responsibility 1
- Business Development.
- Setting up, organize, direct and control sales team in dedicated area to meet these objectives.
- Making every effort to maximize both present and long-term sales and gross profits.
- Fully achieve sales targets such as sales volume, turnover, coverage and market development.
- Establish realistic sales objective and action plan monthly for the sales team with the consultant of directly management; and prepare sales forecast timely.
- Explore new areas both within existing territories as well as by expanding geographic coverage for sales development.
- Monitor sales trends and competitors’ activities in the assigned territories.
2. Responsibility 2
- Assign the territories to staffs and set-up the relevant individual sales target for staffs.
- Review the performance of the sales team and to motivate and stimulate them to further greater achievements.
3. Responsibility 3
- Support Line Manager to collect and evaluate information in the market including competitors and competitive products.
- Implement promotions, incentives, and other tactical activities as required for the market in agreement with directly management.
- Feedback on any quality and consistency matters relating to our products to assigned region.
4. Responsibility 4
- Collaborate solve customer complaints. Set constructive solving direction for all customer complaints relating to own assigned region.
5. Responsibility 5
- Other responsibilities assigned by Line Manager.

- Success for sales force development.
- Develop suitable product strategy.
- Customers are satisfied with the products and services of the company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Husbandry – Veterinary Medicine and related fields.
EXPERIENCES:
- At least 3 years of experience in business management and operations.
COMPETENCIES:
- Understanding Business activities in Agricultural business
- Have wide and deep knowledge sales areas.
- Team management and coordination skills
- Organizing & Analysis Skills
- Strong negotiation skills
LANGUAGES:
- Proficiency in Vietnamese, basic English (A1 level), and can speak Lao language is an advantage.
