Role and Scope of the Task
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record of success in sales management, and the ability to effectively manage multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within the assigned area.
2. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
3. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
4. Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales and promote customer loyalty.
6. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to coordinate sales activities and optimize sales processes.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all locations within the area.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
1. At least 02 years’ experience in supervisor and above.
2. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
3. Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
4. Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
5. Proven experience in retail sales management, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth.
6. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
