Assistant Accounting Manager (Supervisory level based on individual performance)

1. Proper recording of financial transactions and prepare accountant documents & Journal Entries monthly transactions thru controlling quality of bookkeeper outsources service

2. Responsible for reconciliating the Daily Sales in integrated system such as Dynamics 365 internal Sales system, eInvoice system.

3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly tax declarations.

4. Certify correctness of vouchers, bills, statement of accounts, trial balance, budget estimates and other financial statement and records

5. Manage banking transactions, including preparing bank transfer requests, submitting them to the bank, monitoring transfers and preparing monthly bank reconciliation statements and reporting

6. Maintain petty cash transactions, including writing receipts, preparing payment request forms, disbursement of cash and clearance of advance

7. Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is prepared and submitted in a timely manner

8. Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payables, accounts receivables, general ledger, and inventory accounting

9. Perform Monthly / Quarterly/ Yearly Balance sheet review

10. Stay up to date with changes in accounting regulations, standards, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

11. Deal with government agencies to ensure compliance with regulations.

12. Prepare various reports as required by management.

13. Other ad-hoc assignments

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and audit; 

- Chief Accountant certificate is a plus

- At least 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting as General accountant/ senior accountant in retail/ F&B/ trading or FMCG industry; prefer candidate with background of Audit, Tax Consultant

- Good knowledge of accounting regulation and procedures of the Government;

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;

- Familiarity with the D365 system is preferable

- Detail oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

- Be initiative, ambition with career development oriented. Able to work in a demanding, high-pressure environment;

- Good interpersonal skills.
