• Assist to develop and implement trade promotions for category, distribution channels, and target customers according to the allocated budget.
• Evaluate trade campaign that provide data & suggestion to improve trade promotion campaign.
• Create related support policies and allocate promotions for customer/shopper to avoid channel conflict.
• Delivery goods by region & channel. Monitor & settle distributor's inventory to align with company’s procedure and distribution contract.
• Market research & market visit to review and evaluate trade campaign, competitor’s actions and industry data reports (both internal & external) to propose actions plan (Sales / Marketing / Trade) for each channel / region.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or related major.
• At least 2-4 years working experience in Trade marketing. (FMCG company is an advantage)
• Good relationship building and teamwork.
• Innovative thinking & Flexible: able to lead team in new ways of thinking and execution.
• Good analytical, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• English proficiency in both speaking and writing skills
• Good at Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
