Trade Marketing Plan instore Execution :
Develop and implement trade marketing plans that inline brand objectives & enhance shopper experience instores
Lead the execution of O+O (online to offline) activations and events across annual brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives & priorities
Drive in-store visibility programs including : POSM execution, brand planogram, from plan to design & production.
Ensure flawless execution of merchandising and promotional activities
Monitor competitor activities and proactively propose innovative and competitive trade marketing initiatives
Campaign Management and Evaluation performance
Manage and monitor trade campaigns from planning to execution and reporting.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, in full to maximum brand impact
Coordinate with external vendors to ensure high-quality exécution and compliance
Conduct comprehensive post-campaign evaluations reflected all measurable KPI/ROI
Track and manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in campaign efficiency.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as the key liaison between brand team, trade marketing & retail sale team to align trade activities with overall brand strategy and sales objectives.
Effectively manage requests from cross-functional teams and lead cross-functional projects within defined scopes and timelines.
Build strong relationships with Sale teams to understand their unique needs and expectations, and develop customized marketing materials to maximize business opportunities
Performance Analysis & Market Updates
Analyze monthly brand performance, including sell-in/sell-out data
Closer to market with frequent market visit and provide forward actions to monitor brand performance
Budget management & efficience :
Tracking all expenses of trade marketing with accuracy and monthly report update
Manage trade marketing campaign budget, ensure cost-effiective exécution via ROI analysis and inline with plan
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Trade Marketing, or a related field
4+ experience years in trade marketing, category management, offline channel management , preferably within skincare, beauty, or FMCG industries.
Proven track record in developing and executing offline trade campaigns execution, handling offline activation, instore visibility, POSM execution, retailers’ engagement.
Experience working in beauty or dermatology marketing is an advantage
Requirement of Skills & Competencies :
Strong knowledge of in-store activations, POSM, and retail execution.
Ability to evaluate campaign ROI, manage budgets, and interpret sales data to translate into forward actions.
Ability to work independently, manage brand priorities and Skilled in planning, coordinating, and executing multiple campaigns flawless.
Ability to engage and negotiate with sales teams, retailers, and external partners (agencies, suppliers…)
Understanding of shopper behaviors, shopping mission and retail environment. Understand of beauty, dermatology market dynamics is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/CRM systems, and data visualization tools.
Fluency in English (both writen & spoken)
