Supervise daily warehouse operations including inbound/outbound, material picking, packing, sorting, sanitation, feeding to production lines, container loading, stock counting, fire safety, and 5S implementation.
Ensure 100% inventory accuracy for raw materials and finished goods through daily cycle count, month-end, and year-end stock-taking.
Monitor and manage team performance, ensure attendance, evaluate team members, and drive continuous improvement.
Set measurable goals and KPIs, support staff development, and lead operational projects to enhance warehouse productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with Production, Planning, and Purchasing teams to ensure smooth material and product flow.
Coordinate with transport providers for inbound and outbound shipments, arrange container loading, monitor delivery schedules, and handle shipping issues.
Optimize transportation plans, manage seal records, maintain shipment documentation, and ensure compliance with customs/export requirements.
Support new project development by managing timely sample delivery to production lines.
Assist Warehouse Manager in preparing reports, analyzing data, and submitting documents to higher management.
Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce operational costs and enhance warehouse efficiency.
Maintain and promote 5S and safety standards in all warehouse areas, ensuring full compliance with company and legal regulations.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization through layout improvement, material handling methods, and better resource utilization.

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English (both spoken and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems (ERP/WMS is a plus).
Knowledge of lean concepts, process improvement, and safety management is preferred.
