- Improve production efficiency by automating the processes

- Support Maintenance and Manufacturing team to do the technical troubleshooting

- Enhance the manufacturing system to improve the operation performance and quality

- Improve and Develop Design of the Machine/Equipment according to Automation solution concept: Provide system sequence and automation methods to create optimal solutions

- Lead and direct the design path to meet functional, time, and cost requirements, also satisfy manufacturability and service ability…

- Support and make assessment in supplier site for prototype Automation system: Support Supplier about technical, machine sequence, assembly method for Automation system, Support customer to do Machine/Equipment validation and FAT.

- Work with other Departments for new Automation project. Direct contact with IE and Production to define the project concept Advise and discuss with Quality, IE, NPI to define specification and process parameter

- Meeting, do presentation to top management for project status.

- Building prototype: Take lead to participate in Mechanical/Electrical assembly, electrical wiring, and software installation.

- Troubleshoot, calibrate, and operate the prototype automation machine/equipment.

- Support creating manufacturing and make Gauge R&R. - Continuous Machine/Equipment improvement, create tests method, DOEs. Perform data analysis to check Machine/Equipment capability, accuracy, and reliability.

- Provide improvement about Automation solutions to increase product quality, reliability, and lower production costs

This position will be based in Dau Giay, Dong Nai Factory. Shuttle bus from District 1, 9, Binh Thanh, Thu Duc & Dong Nai is available.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

-  Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Robotics, Electrical 

- 2-8 years working experience and at least 3 years in Production Automation system.

- Fluent in speaking, writting, listening English

- Experience in providing the solutions and designing equipments for assembly and testing process.

- Experience in various machining methods, molding change over, screw driver, conveyer folding/packaging/Lab and assembly system.

- Experience in various system control platforms (PLC, SCADA, HMI, C#, Python,... Web application is a plus)

- Experience with robotics, AI and machine learning Knowledge

- Understand and have strong application to CI project.

- Strong analytical and statistical skills for troubleshooting and data assessment.

- Software tools proficiency: 3D Design, MS office, Computer Programming, PLC, SCADA…

- Good Electrical knowleadge & Basic Mechanical knowledge; 

- Can be able to negociate and convince other team.

- Proficiency in maintaining automation equipment

- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform complex system tests

- Ability to keep up with the latest technologies
