Implement all activities of Balance Sheet Management Section in accordance with IVB strategy in each period

-      Plan the personal work schedule as assignment and report performance to line manager

-      Implement Treasury activities in banking book as strategy in each period.

-      Monitor liquidity, plan scenario to prevent liquidity risk.

-      Manage compliance, Capital Adequacy Ratios of IVB as SBV’s regulations.

-      Plan and forecast capital mobilization of IVB as market trend and IVB strategy in each period.

-      Set up and develop business activities in Money market and Foreign exchange market.

-      Comply with the laws, internal regulations and adhere to the code of ethics in banking finance.

-      Collect IVB Units’ feedbacks and propose for solution for improving the IVB operation in manner of efficiency and effectiveness.

-      Perform other tasks as assigned by Section Head/ Division Director.

-      University degree or higher, major in Economic, Finance and Banking

-      Knowledge of Banking, Accounting, Credit and Investigation

-      Expertise of trading Treasury product, Liquidity management, Risk management…

-      Experience: At least 2 year-experience in Banking/Finance/Investment.

-      Language: Fluent in communication, proficient in English.
