Battery Quality Control Engineer - District 9

• Battery QC Engineer’s major responsibility is to establish/maintain / optimize battery quality management procedure timely as required.
• Act as a bridge between QE and QC, Participate PCP & PFEMA developed / executed properly then checking QC documents for accuracy and compliance to improve QC detection and efficiency.
• Take lead QC quality improvement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

• Establish / maintain / optimize battery QC quality management procedure timely as required.
• Systematize QC paperless process.
• Updating and maintaining QC paperless process management systems and physical records
• Support for training plan /program designing of operational team and continuous operation process optimization
• Reporting errors and developments regarding to QC implementation and audit
• Evaluate quality metrics through regular review and reporting of trend findings, and provide lesson learned with function cross department to improve efficiencies and quality
• Responsibility for SPC alert until solve
• Drive or take lead QC quality improvement initiatives and coach internal QC team to improve detection and efficiency
• As assigned and with supports / guide from supervisor, participate and take lead role in cross functional collaboration or cooperate initiative for process or quality improvement
• Perform any other tasks as required by the role or as assigned by supervisor.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education:

• Bachelor of Electrical Engineer or equivalent Engineering degree.

Experience:

• At least 3 years’ experience in quality control area
• Familiar with Electrical products and manufacturing processes, Battery industry a plus

Knowledge:

• Good in written English and Vietnamese.
• Mandarin is plus.

Functional Skills:

• Proven quality system experience and familiar with quality standards such as ISO9000, TS16949, preferred with basic Six Sigma knowlege / practsie.
• Good knowledge in SPC Tools, FMEA, DOE and GD/T etc
• Good interpersonal skill and team player
